I can’t run because my foot is injured but I walk 3.5 on the treadmill for 20 minutes would that work

Level 3.0- 2 minutes
Level 6.0- 2 minutes
1 minute rest
Level 7- 45 seconds
30 second break
Level 8.0- 45 seconds
30 second break
Level 8.5- 45 seconds
30 second rest
Level 9.0- 1 minute 15 seconds

Here’s a better way to do it. I’m only 14 and this is the workout I do for treadmill hiit. Basically I do 10 minutes with 30 second intervals. Warm up isn’t included btw. Warmup can be whatever you want.
So for the hiit workout I run 15km per hour for 30seconds then rest for 30 seconds until the 10 minutes is up. I lose around 500- 2000kj in the following hour and then it continues increasing. I use my Apple Watch series 5 and it’s honestly really easy. If I can do it so can you

Girl try high incline sprints you’ll be dead fr! I do 5 sprints, start with the incline on level 5, speed 8, sprint 30 secs with 1 minute rest and increase the incline 1 level after each sprint!
What speed and incline do you use?

Girl i just did this and ii feel so accomplished. Ii never run on the treadmill but ima do this everyday 😇😇
