10 Minute FAT BURNER WORKOUTS! Fast, & Effective
FAT BURNING CARDIO THAT WILL HELP YOU KEEP YOUR GAINZZZ AND BURN THAT FAT
METHODS:
1. 10 minutes HIIT: 30 seconds on, 30 Seconds off 10 times
2. 10 minutes incline sprints: 15% incline; 30 seconds on, 30 seconds 0ff 10 times
3. COMPLEX: 20 seconds incline sprints, 10 jumping squats 10 times
4. Skipping: 30 seconds steady state, 30 seconds fast., repeat 10 times
I like to do one of these methods 2-3 times a week at the end of my weight training sessions!

My favorite method is running on the stair master, freaking kills you lol 😂 I go in the highest fastest setting on the strait master hands off, 30 seconds, hands on on 30seconds, then a medium speed hands on.

Hey so doing one of these 10 min workouts every other day is enough to see results? They’re so perfect since I hate being on the treadmill for so long but it’s hard to believe that 10 min is enough for one day
