20 MIN TREADMILL WORKOUT USING NORDICTRACK INCLINE TRAINER

*So excited to be partnering with Nordictrack on this video! Fall is coming soon and with that a change of weather. It will be harder to workout outdoors. Here is a quick 20 min workout which burns calories and gets your heart rate going. I am not personal trainer but this is a workout I have found that has worked for me. Always consult with your doctor before doing any workout regime.

20 Minute Incline Trainer Workout

0:00-3:00 0% incline 5 mph
3:00-5:00 5% incline 5.5 mph
5:00-7:00 7 % incline 5.5 mph
7:00-8:00 8% incline 4 mph
8:00-10:00 10% incline 3.5mph
10:00-12:00 20% incline 3.5 mph
12:00-13:00 25% incline 3.5 mph
13:00-14:00 30% incline 3.5 mph
14:00-15:00 10% incline 3.5 mph
15:00-17:00 0% incline 4 mph
17:00-20:00 0% incline 3.5 mph
