20 Minute Treadmill Workout
Here is a quick breakdown of one of my go-to treadmill workouts.
-Walk 1 min
-Jog 4 min
-Step aside and rest 20 sec and turn the speed up
-Sprint 40 sec, step off and rest 18-20 sec and rest times 10
-Walk to cool down 5 minutes
