The treadmill is set at 10% for incline the entire workout period (the highest for this treadmill).

WORK: 30secs Jog increasing by 0.1mph each jog period starting at 6mph all the way up to 7mph and then go back down by 0.1mph.

Rest/ Recovery: 60 secs at 3mph
