These workouts force a runner to learn and use proper sprint mechanics.
👍. Ok but I have a question: When you jump off the treadmill for a 4minute rest period before continuing, isn't the treadmill still going and calculating calories burned? Sure it shouldn't be that much in 4minutes. How can a person have an accurate count?

Hey! Thanks for the video…question…I haven't been in the gym since June….how do I enhance my endurance? Clearly I wouldn't be able to JUMP right into this….I don't wanna kill myself😱 So what would you suggest? gradually….or JUST DO IT!!!
