Beginner Treadmill Workout & 10 min. HIIT Full Body (How to Start)
This beginner treadmill workout explains what to do on the treadmill. This is for beginners and explains the intervals in the beginning. This is how to start working out with a treadmill. My treadmill running is fast forwarded but includes some music and when to pause the video so you can press play when you get to the weight lifting part, which is only 10 minutes. This workout is only 30 minutes! After the treadmill, there is a 10 minute session with 1 dumbbell. Everything is explained thoroughly as you follow along lifting a weight. Every body muscle is used in this workout.
