Beginners Treadmill 20 Mins HIIT Workout
Sorry for the terrible audio I was still trying to figure it out.
In this workout, 3mins warm-up walk. 30 secs Work, 30 secs rest. I am at 3mph for active rest and 5 mph for my light intensity. Your light intensity and rest should be speeds you can maintain throughout the entire workout.

Is it okay if I start slightly slower in speed since I am out of shape? Like, 2.7 for active rest and 4.5 for the run?
