Bored with the treadmill? (pt. 2)
For a more athletic style of cardio, try running “sprints”. Alternate between 30 seconds on the belt, and 30 seconds resting on the side rails. 11 mph, 5% incline. (Note: don’t fall off). #exercise #sprints
