2 x [30 seconds at 2%30 seconds rest]
2 x [30 seconds at 4%, then 30 seconds rest]
2 x [30 seconds at 0%, then 30 seconds rest] (treadmill)

Run 6 sets, with an extra 30 seconds rest between each set of 6 intervals. Speed is at race pace for the entire workout.
