In todays episode I show how you can get a great workout without even turning the treadmill on. I would try manually using the belt for 1 minute on 30 seconds off 5 sets as a new warmup.

Weakest of the videos so far
I like Cory, he's a very cool guy but that BOOM is not fun at all. He should probably find something more fun AND authentic to do on his videos.
You should invest in a mic because the audio is really low due to the background music.
