Exceptionally good>>>ur2.pl/911 It has a quiet and smooth operation. The electronics are more than adequate. We do NOT run on it, so I can't evaluate that, but the walking experience is extremely favorable. Then the best news, we had a problem with the treadmill that required the "dreaded" call to Customer Service and a repair person. I CANNOT express how pleased I was with their customer service and the repair technician. Absolutely top-notch!! Highly recommend the company and this treadmill!
Disagree intervals will make your sprints faster for sure but as far as building endurance you need to run /jog for miles without stopping once to rest that's how you build it up

This is really hard. Though i started it 4 days ago, it has nearly doubled my endurance. what used to happen was that i'd start on a high speed and go for bout a minute and just collapse.
