UR SPRINTING PACE IS MY 10KM PACE……… WTF
Tabata Training
Warm up
*
20 seconds intense work phase
10 second recovery phase
Repeat x 8 times
*
Cool down
This means a main phase workout of only 4 minutes!
PS: If you worry about your clients safety point of view, you should never teach people to step off the treadmill that way, instead you should move the intensity down for 10 secs and go back up for 20 secs.
Tabata actually is perfect for spin bikes not for treadmill, unless you have a personal trainer to help the client moderate the intensity levels.
bro faster
u talk too easy
Did 15 piece of piss easy
You should advise the warm up and cool down buddy.
Nate, your video is awesome but please, you need to warm up a little beforehand.
What do you mean by speed 10? Mph?
It works, I know first hand.
Isn' this basically HITT just shorter rest intervals?
