I warm up at a 3 for 5 minutes. Stretch. Then I go 30 seconds at 9, 30 seconds I stand on the sides of the treadmill. Repeat 30 seconds running 30 seconds resting for a total of 10 minutes. Then I go lift. π

I always did this treadmill workout and it works great. Since I was a begginer it was really hard to keep it up on 9-11 speed, but after a while it gets easier, you just need motivation and focus

how do i incorporate hiit on the treamill and weight lifting (such as leg, arms and arms)? like i'm confused on how i should schedule this during my week or if i should just do hiit 3 times a week and strength every 2 days since my primary goal is to lose weight
Will doing hiit on the treadmill cause thighs to bulk up?
And all this time i thought 6.5 was sprinting

Normally HIIT is a great workout for keeping body fit . But this training is little bit tough for them who are new users of treadmill .

You just tried to kill me. Lol I got through the first two sets of slow, med., fast. Next time I'm gonna try to get through the whole treadmill part. but it still was my fastest mile so far. 10 minutes!! π π π
can you do a diet plan
2% or any percent on the treadmill does not mimick outdoor ruining as it is not possible to do. TM running and outside running are two different things.

how many days should I do this and will this burn the fat around my waist ??
Just keep it all on the treadmill, don't interrupt with conventional HIIT. Also the sprint portion of the run should be INTENSE. You can compensate for that with 30 second rests in between the sprints.
I'm only 5'and when I put the speed on 3.5 it makes me run.π

This isn't right at all. There should only be two stages, slow jog and all out sprint, and theres' no way a full out sprint can last 1 minute.

Question: I'm pretty skinny, actually quite very skinny, but I bloat and when I sit down or ben or move my stomach area I get huge fat rolls and I cant even wear a crop top bc my stomach gets like twice the size (overstatement but you now what i mean) It like my stomach is "loose and flappy"?

thanks!! Given me so many more ideas from watching your vlogs! Β I use a gym but in rural Spain most of the other members are over 70 years old so very different to the gyms I'm used to as i used to do a lot of classes but now they're not on offer so finding my own way!

What a nice and sparsely populated health club you have there. Must be due to the weather. I have 24 Hour Fitness here in SoCal and their aggressive sales tactics have paid off, now they're at full capacity practically all day and night save 9pm – 6am LOL
What this suppose to do?? Loose weight?( the treadmill part)
