You just need know your body and how far you can go. If you know that hurts of feels uncomfortable don't do it. I have bad knees but it doesn't bother me!
Is it OK to go that low for squats I if you have bad knees?

Great Choice!! Any type of cardio machine works perfect… or going outside to get your cardio in.
I don't have a treadmill so I substituted my spin bike for the session and it was great! Short. Intense. Effective. 'Nuff said.
I'm excited I can exercise for real again. I miss my squats and running so I'll definitely be trying this!
