Full Body Treadmill Workout (No Running!) | Fit Vacation Series Ep. 2

Tired of boring long runs and sprint intervals? Here’s a workout that you can do on a treadmill without running much at all. And it’s much more effective for toning the entire body instead of just those front leg muscles. For beginners, I recommend 30 seconds of each exercise, and for more advanced levels can try to perform 2-3 circuits. 0-1 minute: Mountain Climbers
1-2 minute: Crab crawl
2-3 minute: Walking Planks
3-4 minute: Side Shuffle (each side)
4-5 minute: Lunges
5-6 minute: Kickbacks
6-7 minute: Squats
7-8 minute: Reverse Jog
8-9 minute: High Knees W/ Crunch
9-10 minute: Leg Lifts
