This is a great summer body workout routine to add to your workouts! It burns fat fast and helps define your legs. There are 4 Key moves I am doing in this video. 1. Treadmill Skip Hops
2. Walking Squats
3. Lunges (helps trim that inner fat area!)
4. Dead Mills
