FUN Treadmill Workout Fully Explained!! /Summer Body Workout

So glad to share with you my new Treadmill workout that I have been doing for my legs! I explain everything I am doing in this video for you! This is a great summer body workout routine to add to your workouts! It burns fat fast and helps define your legs. There are 4 Key moves I am doing in this video. (LISTED BELOW) Be prepared to feel it in the AM. You’ve been warned….
The Workout:
1. Treadmill Skip Hops
2. Walking Squats
3. Lunges (helps trim that inner fat area!)
4. Dead Mills
All of these moves are sure to get you RIIIGGGHHHHTTT.
