Fun Treadmill Workout WITHOUT RUNNING- Beyonce 7/11

You don’t need to be a runner to use the treadmill! I am the farthest thing from a runner and this workout kicked my butt… Literally lol.

20 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest — Repeat this cycle 4 times for each exercise = 2 minutes per exercise!

1. Long Jumps
2. Backward Long Jumps
3. Squat Jumps – alternate sides ex. 20 seconds leading left leg, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds leading right leg, 10 seconds rest – repeat
4. Lunge Jumps
5. Straight Jumps
6. Tuck Jumps – Jump in the air and bring your knees up to your chest – modification = high knee running
7. Backward Running – make sure to get those knees up
8. CHALLENGE MOVE: Wheelbarrow- Hook your feet to the front handle of the treadmill and walk your hands
