Glute Training – Dead Treadmill Cardio for a better butt…
– this exercise is one of the best uses of the treadmill you’ll ever do . The first thing you do is turn the treadmill OFF. When you use it normally, the tread brings your leg back for you, removing the glutes from the action of walking and running. By working with the treadmill off, your glutes have to provide the power to move the tread…you’ll get MUCH better butt work out of it and you’ll get much better cardio training.
This method works extremely well for improving the glutes with treadmill training.
