This helped me out definitely going to have to try this type of cardio a couple times a week. I was doing 30 to 60 minute b stairmasters sessions.
i wonder is ok to jog at .5 speed then change to 7.5 for 10(before i run 10 min at 4.0 them 4.5 for 10min) ?i reach 140 hr my mas is 150hr when i do the hiit

I could have sworn for run speed you pressed 8.0, but then when you started pressing the interval button it was 4.4 (Run), I knew something was off because I do 10 minutes 3.5 (Jog), 7.0 (Run) and the calorie count is like 115 or something, nice video though.

Thanks for the tip on the Interval option on the treadmill Carib. Makes it much easier than slowing the treadmill one push button at a time.

YAAAAAAS now THIS I get…LOL THIS is or rather WAS what I did at the gym until I got hurt and the doc made me stop and go to the pool! That's my treadmill too hee hee! I LOVED doing this! I could only watch up to 15 minutes though and then a loading error happened and I've been having problems all night commenting so if this doesn't let me comment I'm going to be ticked off again. But this has a name huh? HIIT? I didn't know I was doing anything in particular just trying to confuse my body about what was happening next LOL…did the same on the bike. I hope this posts otherwise I'm shutting down the computer grrrr Love you girl! xoxoxo Mary
