I love to do HIIT {High Intensity Interval Training} instead of hours of cardio! Here are a few of my favorite HIIT Treadmill Workouts that keep your heart rate up and blast fat fast! Try this for your next cardio!

Sprints: 30 second sprint, 30 second rest
Walking Incline Lunges: set a goal for how many minutes!
Steep Incline Walk: my incline is set to 25-30% at 2.5-3.0 mph
Side Steps: 30 seconds on each side
Squats/Squat Jumps: great to keep your heart rate up!
