HIIT Workout – Cardio without Treadmill. – Cardio for toning

Hey guys,

These are some of the workouts I do after a week(end) of eating Mc Donalds breakfast everyday. You can barely ever see me on the treadmill so instead I do High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, like these. Trust they have contributed gang on the growth of my glutes and thighs.
