Thanks so much! Feels great. Can’t breathe 😅
Can I lift weights after a HITT workout? Is it a good idea for a beginner.
I love this workout since it only consumes less than 20mins of my time but felt that I have exercised for 2 hours.
Was able to determine what should be my speed on treadmill. 220-(your age) = maximum heart rate. Then he said that at least 85% of it.
220 – 27 = 193 max heart rate
193 x 0.85 = 164 at least is my heart rate. I started with 6 then 7, then 8 where I discovered that that should be my speed to attain at least 85% of my max heart rate.
I just jogged 7 times around my back yard and almost died so I'm back to watching it on youtube sigh …. I make videos
I would like to get better at distance running, but I am a beginner. Meaning I have absolutely ZERO EXPERIENCE! Is this a good workout for me or do you have other suggestions?
our treadmill only has a max speed of 10 miles per hour.
I'm running at max for 1 and a half minutes and resting for 2 minutes for 7 cycles.
am I doing it right? or should I get a faster treadmill?
thank you very much.
Was trying to run a 5k on the treadmill this evening, got to 2.25miles and had to stop, scrolled over to ur site and did this to finish up….I liked it!

Hello
If you answer your comments.
Thank you in advance
Is 4.5-5 as a run with quick (Immediate recovery ok for a beginner ?)
Can I still be considered in good shape and or is this always slow and doesn’t even count as running to you or in running ?
just finished and i feel great!!
Like watching these videos gonna give them a try
Hi Dr. K I was wondering if you could upload a more intense treadmill workout that is harder than the 30 minute video on the treadmill. I am asking this because it is layered with snow outside, thus meaning it is not good for running, and I am trying to get in gear for the track season so I am training but only have access to a treadmill. This is why I why I want a more intense treadmill workout than the 30 minute one. Anyways, thanks for another great video!😁
Just completed day 2 of my hiit workout and yes, my doctor said that I could do these workouts. I really enjoy this its my favorite. If it was any other workout, I wouldn't have stuck to it. I'm really thankful that I found these workouts. and I'm also thankful that you put it in a way that it could be fun in that and could be helpful by giving us tips and giving us interesting facts. It really motivates me, thank you so much.☺
Your a beast Dr. Kev 12 mph is cra. Thanks again
What’s the difference between this video and the old treadmill HIIT one?
Thanks Dr K.
Thank you for these awesome videos! Keep them coming!
Why was the first one from yesterday taken down? I was at the gym ready to try it out and it disappeared! I’m loving these btw, they’re awesome and informative – thank you!
