I thought this was easy, but by the 9th round of sprints I ran out of breath. Annnd i lost half a kilo in one day. This HIT exercise is amazing, bye bye long boring cardio training!

Great go to workout when the weathers too bad to go outdoors, my treadmill only goes at max 10 mph so I have the incline set at 6% to compensate.

I did this today at the gym( twice for an hour) and it was brutal even though I’m very fit. I was sweating bullets like I just ran in a marathon. I thought my lungs were going to bust out. I really pushed hard. My peak HR was 194!! Thank you so much 😊 😅🇬🇧

I did it at what I consider should be good tempo for me.. Did it over for a 2nd time. I did toss in some other short exercises in between the breaks. Still a long way to go to drop some pounds. Usually I will sit for 1 minute to rest in between breaks, because I'm catching my breath after about the 4th round.
I increase the speed in the last rep by 1kmh(1.5 mph) but my threadmill goes above 12 mph (20 kmh) so i have to increase the speed in the last rep above 12 mph ( I do 11.3 but I’m getting to 12 mph) :p

Just finished this workout and I’m drenched, I’m in decent shape so i got thru it cuz I usually do 30 on 30 off but with the adequate rest I was able to push further, did my first 4 at 10, second 4 at 10.5, one at 11, 11.5, 12, 13, and soaked, great workout
I did this last night! At first, I was like dude! This is too easy peasy! By round 8, after inclining and increasing my speed gradually, I was leaning over the freakin treadmill gasping for breath! 😂 but this workout was soooo refreshing and it really got me sweating and I just freakin enjoyed it! Im trying the row workout tonight after lifting! PLEASEEEEE keep it coming, these are so helpful!! And very very appreciated!
