Since I see some people asking if they should do all 4 of these in one session…This is designed to push you and your heart rate to the max!!! Just choose one piece of equipment to be on for 10-15 minutes or 20 minutes if you can do it. Trust me it's enough!

What’s the best thing to eat before/after doing hiit workouts? I’m trying to loose as much weight as I can before May and I’m wanting to do the hiit treadmill and (I think, haven’t completely decided yet) a form of the keto diet but I’ve also heard carbs are good to eat before doing hiit. I would love some personal insights on this😁😁😁

I don't know if you can get your heart rate up to near max in 20 seconds, this is just my personal experience. I run a 10 on the treadmill, for 2 minutes. It takes me that long for my heart rate to reach 190ish. Great video though. Definitely cool to see sprints on the stair master, haven't done that before
stairmaster….30-45 minutes level 18….15 minute bike warmup….no running…

Thanks for the informative video. I'm new to the "HIIT" lifestyle. Do you find HIIT builds muscle, like booty and thighs? Which is what I'm going for. I did jogging for a long time and my booty and thighs are gone 🙁
