Treadmill workout: (25min total)
– 5min incline walk (NO HANDS)
– Split 1: 30/30 sprints (30s on 30s off) 10rounds (10min)
– 5min incline walk (NO HANDS)
– Split 2: 20/10 sprints (20s on 10s off) Raise the speed

30s on 30s off x 4 rounds

2. Side to side mountain climbers into push-up

hmmm its too short the period of rest. The body has no time to recover and again is pushed at the limits. a lot of stress on the body

I walk in 6 and run in 9.. I am trying intermittent fasting plus gym 5 days a week for 1.5 – 2 hours.. I loose 7 kg of weight and 4 inches of belly in 15 days.. I was 68kg and now I am 61.4kg feeling more motivated.. my target is of 52kg

Done the treadmill workout today for the first time and wow it killed me! I loved it though!
One question…. do I do the sprints on a flat or incline? I’m assuming flat but just want to be sure X
How high does your heart rate get when running ?
I did this and the first Sprint sets I did 8 speed and it went well for me but the second set I went to 10 and I managed to do 5 then I knew I wasn't gonna be able to do the other 5 at 10 speed so I dropped it to 9 for the other half, but damn that 20s on and 10s off is no joke that 10s rest goes by fast but that 20s run feels like an eternity lol
