I love doing sprints ! I’m trying to lose fat, do you do cardio before or after lifting… that’s my question! 🤔
How does this sound for burning more fat more efficiently? Combining jogging and sprinting in 1 session.
(1.5% incline)
2 minute walk (3.6 mph)
4 minute jog (6.6 mph)
1 minute sprint (9.6 or 10 mph)
repeat this pattern 4x for total of 5 sets (35 to 40 minutes should elapse by the end of the 5th set).

Day 1: I couldn’t even do one whole set. After the 6.5 for 2 mins I was done. So started to attempt it again and after the 6.5 for 2 mins couldn’t continue. So then I just did a steady 6 and 3 for 15mins.
I am just so sad. Now I know what I have to do. Will update on day 2. I weight 130lb, 5 even, 34 top chest and 36inch hip.

just tried this out at the gym and it was great!! the intervals make you less tired so that you can go for a longer period of time and I find it burns way more calories

This totally works! Its tough until u get used to doing it. Over time I challenge myself with either a higher incline or faster speed

Stair master looks all fun but you get on and wonder why you’re drenched in sweat and struggling to breathe.

How tall are You? If I ran at 9.5 I would die. I'm only 5'3" and my legs are short so 7.5-8 is fastest I can go.
I’ve been doing this but the fastest I can go on the treadmill is 5.6 I can run a full minute the first time but after that It’s hard for me to keep going for one minute even when I rest in between but I can do it consistently on the stair master

I just started doing these on the treadmill at 45mins with some sweet swear rubbed on
HIIT sprints
Incline- 2.5
Speed- 3.5
Warm up walk for 1 min
Jog for 2 min
Walk for 2 min
Sprint for 1 min
Walk for 2 min
Repeat jog, walk, sprint 6x
I will be doing this tonight!!! I love HIIT because it’s straight to the point you get your workout in then you leave the gym !!!! I hated being lost in the gym now I’ve got this !! Thank You 😊
I did this for the first time today and idk how to keep doing this-0- I almost flew off the treadmill but I was able to finish it. Sprinted at 8.5 for now. I'll work myself up! But I was dying at the stairmaster… only did it 4x… :'( I'm afraid I'm going to feel tired and never finish it
