1) Tight shoes and proper warm up are important.
2) Your intensity is more important than your duration.
3) Proper running mechanics make running longer become easier.

Action steps:

1) Start walking at 3.0 running speed and 3.0 incline.
2) Each minute increase your running speed by 1.0
3) Work your way up to 11.0 or a challenging running speed.
