  • to whoever is reading this, although getting exercise and eating healthy is extremely important to your health, it's also very important to know that you're beautiful no matter how much you weigh or what your dress size is. you don't have to be an instagram model to be pretty and you don't have to go to the gym to be pretty. it's all about what you want for your body and what you're happy with. i love you when you're sitting on the couch, binge watching netflix, and eating pizza rolls and i also love you when you're hitting the gym to make your body stronger. you're amazing.

    I have been running and walking on high inclines on the treadmill, and i have gained weight, but i feel is the muscle gain in my legs.

    Here are some exercise tips I've concluded from exercising(I'm not a fitness expert but I do play sports and exercise regularly):
    – switching up your routine occasionally (esp for cardio) can exercise your body more bc your body gradually adapts to long term intensity
    – on the treadmill: speed walking= lean legs and running= muscular legs
    – exercising before eating= weight loss and exercising after eating= muscle gain
    GOOD LUCK EXERCISING!!!

    Hey! If you want to try a easy way to get skinny, Try this company called Truvy. Basically, you take these pills for a month, And you get a wonderful results. Basically heres a example. A overweighted women took it for a month, And got so skinny like it was totally like a different person (looked like it) My dad has been trying it for 6 days already and has lost some pounds all ready.

    I just wanna say good for you for learning about exercise and health at a young age! Also weight training could be why you didn’t “lose weight”. But anyway you are so young it is normal for you to have the healthy weight that you have, it’s not something you need to lose, your body will mature when you’re older. Your metabolism and hormones will change over the years. Your body type is yours and still perfect! Your personal nutrition and exercise needs will keep changing. Proud of you ❤️🙏🏼

  • After any workout you gain weight and your measures are bigger because your muscles are contracted. You should have measured yourself after at least 2 days of break from exercise and also weight yourself on an empty stomach in the morning and without the camera in your hands!! which im sure added a little bit of weight on the scale. Results are seen after a couple of days of break guys, your body needs to relax and take time to heal. Also, running from my experience is a better cardio workout and makes you lose weight faster, just a tip.

  • 30 minutes of walking is not enough to lose weight if you aren't over 180 pounds and totally inactive. You burn like 150 calories with a 30 minute walking, which is not even a full meal. You should try to run instead of walking. Running burns twice the calories, even more depending on how fast you go.

    I’m so glad to finally see a YouTuber with a similar shape and weight close to mine💕 For a while now, ive been so discouraged because my BMI chart says that I’m overweight for my height (5’5) so that’s why I felt the need to lose like 40 pounds because I felt that I was too fat. But that’s so not necessary, our bodies are beautiful either way! I’m just glad I’m now working out and eating better, I’ve lost 8 pounds since 🙂
