those garmin watches… are pretty acurate actually. Especially for LSD runs. Not for short interval. Then it is too slow.

My average bpm is over 200 at 7:00/mile on my Garmin watch. And at 6:30 pace mine goes to 2:20. They aren't accurate

Ran 2 miles 3 days ago at 8:26 pace and yesterday 3 miles at 8:15 pace. Trying to get back in shape.
