about a month ago i decided i needed to get my act together and start being consistent in the gym. i made a 30 day workout challenge for myself and decided to document the process. this was an easy way to get started again without overwhelming myself. i took inspiration from lauren giraldo’s 12.3.30 workout, so check out her routine if you’re interested as well:
