I have been using the treadmill for years and never even thought about different ways to use it other that walking or running, thanks for the instructions.

Sorry I have not been on lately. I have been filming yoga videos and other exercise instructional videos. When doing these start very slow 1.2 to 1.5. You want to keep your ankle in alignment with your knee on your lunges, so don't go faster than you can keep that form. I do all exercises for 1 to 2 min each up to 1 hour depending on ability. This will help build weight lifting strength, but like any exercise it looses it's effectiveness with too much constancy. Vary your routines and exercises and you will keep increasing your strength. It is better than running for your knees due to the low impact, but work up to a harder level, deeper lunges and squats and higher incline. Start slow and give yourself time to improve. Hope to add more videos to the mix very soon. Thanks for all the wonderful feedback.

My new workout
I didn't use the treadmill because I never knew anything but walking & running…but now I really like doing these exercises on the treadmill…I started out with 2 reps now I do 3 reps and by the time I'm finished I'm sweating crazy…love it…its not bad on your knees..but bun and thigh burner…great workout;)
