LAUREN GIRALDO 12 3 30 TREADMILL & WEIGHTS WORKOUT ROUTINE | AT HOME LOCKDOWN EDITION
Y’all seem to be loving my Lauren Giraldo Challenges so since we are all in lockdown and at home right now I thought I’d do a quarantine edition of her treadmill & weights workout!
You can either walk outside or purchase a treadmill to use at home for this Lauren Giraldo routine I realistically know gyms in Australia won’t be open for a minimum of 6 months
I know how this is the perfect time to start thinking of different workout options that you can try at home instead!
For the weights component of this workout you will need: 2 dumbbells and 1 bench or improvise like I did and used my coffee table & instead!
