Lose Weight in 2 Weeks Using Treadmill

After 1-2 minutes of recovery, repeat the interval again. The perfect workout routine should last between 30 and 45 minutes.

Step 4

Monitor Calories. Since you want to lose weight, you should monitor how many calories you are losing and intaking. Create a food diary, write down everything you eat during the day and calculate incoming calories. Make sure you lose more calories than you eat.
