  • I had a serious aversion to gyms and treadmills before this, I prefer H.I.I.T, Pilates, Barre, Step, Tabata and Yoga workouts with trainers like Jessica Smith, Fitness Blender, Blogilates etc. I loved to run but outside. In the Russian winter, this workout is a godsend! The hill runs are a killer start, followed by flat road endurance, flat road sprints and anaerobic interval sprints at a 4% incline before cooling down! I can get between a solid 8-10K done in under an hour. Amy is an incredible trainer. She knows what to say, when to say it and when to stay silent and let us push on through it. Even though you pray for the bell, when it comes you feel like it's flown by! Thank you Motion Traxx and Amy!
