My Gym Workout Routine [HIIT Treadmill Training] | Vlogmas 11
This is the HIIT exercise I do usually when I head to the gym. Using the treadmill, I increase and lower the speed to keep my body constantly moving while gaining an infinity for the lower levels. Try it out and let me know what you think!
