My HIIT Treadmill Workout – How I lost 83bs of Fat | Weight Loss Motivation
HIIT for me is what I owe my fat loss to. I did this workout 2-5x a week as time permitted and never experienced a plateau.
My personal method was on the treadmill, but HIIT can be done on ANY machine at the gym & even outside. Just alternate 2 minutes of light work, with 1 minute of strength exertion for 25 mins!

Here in 2019 but who cares, this video is still so relevant! I'm looking at purchasing a treadmill so I can do HIIT at home since I hate the gym in general. HIIT is great for fat loss, thanks for posting Amy!
Sprint at 9.5mph for 30 seconds & walk 3.5mph for 60 seconds. 25 mins total. Good stuff.
How long did it take you to lose the weight and how long di you workout in a day and for how many days

2 years ago, I did this routine for 1 1/2 month and I lost 18lb! from 165 to 147lb. This really worked along with weight training + eating under your calorie intake. I stopped because of school stressed and other stressed (break up, stressed on finding a job,ect ect). , and I gained back to 180lb in a span of 2 years. ToT 1 week ago, I diet and fast to maintain down to 168lb… So sort of back to my original but a bit heavier. I'm slowly working on the HIIT thing, and I do this everyday for 2 weeks and reduce it down to 5x a week (this is what I remember).
Question! I saw your recent video that you have a different HIIT program? what is the reason to change? I noticed there's no jogging in the new one.
does your recovery time have to be shorter than the time you get your heart rate up
Im 6ft 1''and weigh 87kg whatever that is in lbs. Ive lost 6kg in 6 months by walking, swimming and eating more healthy. I used to go on the treadmill years ago but going back on it tomorrow to to try and aid my weight loss. Ive had a fairly huge belly for years but it's slowly going down now.

Would you say that running on an incline is harder? I can run at a 0 incline at quite a high level (around 8.5) so I don’t know what I would have to go to make myself feel really burned out etc unless an incline would increase this?
Everytime I fall off and gain weight when I go back to the gym I ALWAYS go back to this video and do this hiit workout it works so well!! I just add more like I’ll do what she does for 30 minutes only my sprint is 8.5 at a 3.0 incline & I just do random things for the next 30 minutes the fat seriously melts off every time thank you so much for posting this !!

As a male I use this technique as well I’m 5ft 9inches tall and I use to be 219 now I’m down to 190 at my highest speed I ran 8.5 and cool down and repeated the process it helps trust me
I clicked on your video in hopes to give me ideas on how to get into shape. I was 125lbs but 5 years of pregnancies my last being just 3 weeks ago my twin boys. I am striving to get to hot mom status. I am currently 200lbs looking to lose 75-85lbs within the next year!

I like to do HIIT on the bike 🚲 it’s amazing!
When I do this HIIT I burn 200-300 calories. When I walk steady incline for an hour I burn 600. How is this better if I burn less?
