MY TREADMILL ROUTINE + MEAL EXAMPLES

My most requested video is my workout routine so I broke it down for you guys here. I used to not be active at all and was super unhappy with myself and my body. My energy levels were super low and it was hard to stay motivated. After coming up with this 12,3,30 treadmill routine and sticking to it, my life completely changed. I now look forward to being active and making better choices with my meals. I’m NOT a calorie counter or a dieter and I believe in doing as I wish I moderation to stay happy and healthy. I bring you guys with me to Target for a grocery run in this video and show you what I like to keep in my fridge and give you realistic meal examples. I even show some before and afters you guys sent in and I’m so proud of you guys!! We all deserve to live and feel happy and I’m so exited to finally be sharing these things with you guys.
