Not Your Typical Treadmill Workout

Did you know that a treadmill isnt just for running & walking? I did an amazing workout(after my sprint intervals) on it.

Plank Walks(you can raise the elevation to 15 also)
Bear crawls
Mountain Climbers(set it on about 1.5mph or faster to really get your heart rate up!
Squat Walks(these will really tone up your legs and butt)!!!! Dont say I didnt warn you.
