Parkrun UK – Full 5K Race – Sub 19 Minute Run (Treadmill Workout)
Running 5km in well under 20 minutes – fast treadmill training video for hiit speed workout with competition and park run scenery – full virtual race vlog in first person pov. Exact time 18 mins 20 – average of 6 min mile pace (5 km = just over 3 miles). This is my local parkrun at Arrow Valley, Worcestershire UK. Recorded with GoPro on head strap. Beautiful spring day – great turnout and support, thanks to the organisers and helpers ๐๐๐

I know itโs 2 years on but thank you! I do quite a similar time (for 5K) to you my best being 18:07 and average about 18:30โs so good for the training run.

Scenery looks nice, my local parkrun is 3 laps & often quite congested.
First road race of the season coming on Saturday, Iโm hoping to run sub 19, this is great to watch to see that i can push hard and still last long, keep it up
