Guided Cycle and Treadmill Workout – Virtual Scenery of the Spanish Pyrenees

Welcome to this 36-minute virtual indoor exercise video filmed in the Spanish Pyrenees, an ancient and mystical mountain range which is older than the Alps. After a gentle warm up you’ll enjoy some simply spectacular views of the landscape while completing some challenging intervals using incline/resistance or speed. Stick with it though to finish with an easy warm down and some stunning views of the commanding nearby peaks.

The workout is guided throughout and you’ll receive regular on-screen prompts showing your targeted level of effort, which can be achieved through pace or incline (or resistance if using other indoor fitness equipment).

The 5 effort levels used are as follows:

1: Warm Up/Down
2: Easy
3: Comfortable
4: Hard
5: All Out
