Running 5km in well under 20 minutes – fast treadmill training video for hiit speed workout with competition and park run scenery – full virtual race vlog in first person pov. Exact time 18 mins 20 – average of 6 min mile pace (5 km = just over 3 miles). This is my local parkrun at Arrow Valley, Worcestershire UK. Recorded with GoPro on head strap. Beautiful spring day – great turnout and support, thanks to the organisers and helpers...
You don’t need to be a runner to use the treadmill! I am the farthest thing from a runner and this workout kicked my butt… Literally lol. 20 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest — Repeat this cycle 4 times for each exercise = 2 minutes per exercise! 1. Long Jumps 2. Backward Long Jumps 3. Squat Jumps – alternate sides ex. 20 seconds leading left leg, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds leading right leg, 10 seconds rest – repeat 4....
5 km (3.1 miles) in 18 min 45 – fast middle distance road running with GoPro first person view, while talking. Happy to be well under 20 minutes still. Every km under 4 mins, fastest around 3 minute 30 race pace. Pov video with camera on head strap mount (GoPro Hero 4 Silver) – timed/measured using Garmin Forerunner 10 GPS watch.
