A good work out , but no way that is 90 – 100 % of your max. I'm sorry but I wouldn't even call that sprinting. Not saying I'm Usain Bolt, but I can max out the treadmill in my gym which goes 20 kmh, that's probably my 90 % , 45 seconds would be ridiculous. Imagine Usain Bolt running at 90 % for 45 seconds , he would need 5 mins rest. Maybe more helpful to be specific in terms of speed.
How speed is it

It's confusing I don't understand how many sets do first it says 45 minutes as 30 it needs to be written down in the description

Good circuit … Here's an advanced HIIT circuit that I learned from a 1984 Olympic Boxing Coach.
Dynamic Warmups
5 minutes jog @ 6 mph 0 incline
4 rounds of 4 minute sprints max speed (10 – 12 mph usually) 0 incline.
1 minute rest between rounds.
You can add incline as you get stronger.
how many days a week should I do this im 5'9 at 261 wanna shred 50 lbs
So, the total amount of time is 13minutes give or take. Would this be enough for the last cardio after the weight training? Or should I add other cardio kinds?
ive been doing this for a month now. this is a sick routine man which really improve my cardio and losing a lot of weight. in every week when I do this I just keep on adding more sets. because truly youre cardio will improve
