    I wish I saw this earlier… I started 1 week ago. Tried to do 12 incline 3.0 speed day 1! What in the hell was I thinking?! 😩😰😵 I started at 7 incline 2.2 speed. And raised the incline by 1 point each day. Today was 10.0…still had to stop a few times. But still trying to push through. Still working on my stamina. By Friday, 12.0. Thats the plan. Im still at 2.2…but at the last 1 minute 😢 2.5-3.0. I aint there yet. 7 days a week for 30 days is my challenge. But I want do this every day. I need to get my cardio up, this quarantine weight down & to keep my sciatica inflammation pain down FOREVER! Thank you for making this video…✌🏽🏃🏽‍♀️😁
