I see why there’s 30 dislikes… she makes it look so easy
Also when I run I can’t go faster then 6.0, that is fast for me. My legs are short. I am at a jog at 4.5 and then. 5.0 I am steady and can keep it up. I try 5.5 here and there but can’t keep up the speed all the way. Not sure how to go faster
I need one that doesn’t have you do incline because-my treadmill won’t go up. So I have to joe off and put a board under it lol. I am wanting to do a jog and keep it up for 30 minutes then walk for 5 more and kind of make it to help me be able to get HR up And Keep it up for 30 minutes and add the warm up and cool down an additional 10.
It may be boring but it is boring doing it alone lol! I can actually jog now for 25 and just want to have a class to push me to go longer to lose calories

So glad I found this. It's really helped to add variety to my treadmill workout. I'm wondering if you could offer some suggestions for painful calfs. I seem to slow down regularly due to very sore/tired calves. It really impedes/slows down my workout.
