Treadmill Booty Blaster Workout With FitMermaid

Build a Booty with the FitMermaid. Complete the proper warm up of moderate walking on the treadmill, incline set between 2 and 5 and speed between 3 and 3.5 for 10 minutes. Then each exercise should be performed for 30 second each. For beginners perform once and add another around to keep advacing. Once you complete all the exercises and you are going for another round walk for 30 second then repeat the circuit.
