Treadmill BOOTY Warmup!

Hey babes! This is one of the BOOTY warmups I do before LEG and/or GLUTE day! Perfect for when the gym is packed, you’re in a rush, or simply when you want to work in your own space. Helps me prepare for my workout and to target my BUTT! #WakeUpTheButt I try to focus more on using my booty muscle when executing these exercises rather than quads ect.

You can also do this as your leg day if you’re in a rush or don’t feel like doing the most! LOL. Just do at least 3-4 rounds(:

Some of ya’ll tell me you never feel sore in your booty area so I hope this helps πŸ˜€
