Treadmill Cardio workout adding resistance bands – Kinetic Bands

Fitbodybylauren – The Treadmill is my favorite piece of cardio equipment because of the versatility, instead of logging the same miles at the same speed each week, switch it, try incorporating some of these moves in between sprint or speed walking intervals.
I am wearing the Kinetic Bands here adding resistance activating my glutes and hips while the resistance make the workout even more challenging.
