I use to.runn a lot I stopped ..I need a fun class from home in my own treadmeal..as a beginer.

I wouldn't mind doing this but I have a bad knee. It gets stiff or sometimes feels a bit off that I must stop. I fear that if I put weight on it I might injure myself more v.v
