So, it’s been asked quite a bit lately 😉 what some of my GO-TO Exercises and Meals are.
I’ll be making this a series on my channel where I share different exercises as well as food ideas, but for now these are a few of my favorites I figured I’d share 😉

Breakdown of the Exercises! ;D
10 Minute Warm Up
Stretches (held for at least 30 seconds)
Right Side Shuffle (1 min.)
Front lunges (1 min.)
Left Side Shuffle (1 min.)
Squats (1 min.)
Walk/ Run (1 min.)
& Repeat 6 times! = 30 minutes!
Last 15 minutes manually pushing treadmill belt!
*Be sure to not sacrifice form!*
Favorite Healthy Snack Breakdown! ;D
-Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt, topped with Blueberries
Great source of protein, packed with antioxidants and many other health benefits.
-Red Pepper Hummus with fresh raw vegetables
It provides you with protein and a number of essential vitamin and minerals, and while it can be high in fat, it is mostly heart-healthy unsaturated fat. Great health benefits.
-Plain rice cake, with tbs of peanut butter, sliced bananas and topped with granola
Perfect size snack to eat right before a workout!
-Larabars with a side of fruit
Made from anywhere between 2 to 9 ingredients, vegan, gluten free and not to mention easy to grab when you’re on the go!
